LOKE Manager is the tool you use to manage and monitor your LOKE orders in real time.
With LOKE Manager, you can:
✅ Keep an eye on incoming orders
✅ Process partial and full refunds
✅ Change pickup time (how long until the customer can collect)
✅ Change delivery time (how long until the driver delivery estimate)

Scheduled Orders (Pre-Orders)
At the moment, Loke Manager cannot disable scheduled orders (pre-orders) for future dates, however this feature is coming soon.
When you turn off pickup or delivery in LOKE Manager, scheduled orders for that day are automatically disabled
For now, if you need scheduled orders turned off for future dates, you can either:
Click the chatbot (bottom left), or
Call Support on 219 336 8099 and we’ll disable them for you.
Important: Refunds
If you process a refund through LOKE Manager, you must also update your POS system (e.g. HungerRush / SpeedLine).
✅ This means you must void/refund the order in your POS as well, so your reporting stays correct.
Pickup & Delivery Time Changes
If you change your pickup or delivery wait time in LOKE Manager:
✅ The update happens instantly
✅ These changes will automatically reset back to your normal times at 4:00am the next day
