Open LOKE Manager (it should be saved as an app for easy access). You can also access it using this link: https://manager.us.loke.global/jets/invite. In the upper-right corner, click “Update Overrides."
2. Adjust the wait time values shown on the screen
• Be sure to double-check whether you are updating Pickup or Delivery times.
3. On the same screen, you can also turn Pickup or Delivery on or off by simply toggling it as needed. Please note that this only applies to ASAP orders, turning deferred or scheduled orders on or off must be handled by LOKE Support.
