Requesting a Partial Refund
To request a partial refund for an order, follow these steps in LOKE Manager:
Open the order in LOKE Manager.
Select LOKE Support in the top-left of the order screen.
This support request is linked to this order only.
The green Support button on the main page is for general support and cannot send order-specific requests.
Under Support Category, select Partial Refund.
Enter the best email for contact, such as a store or manager address.
In the message field, include:
The Order ID (visible on the previous order page)
The amount to refund
The reason for the refund
