You can suspend online ordering by using LOKE Manager. Online ordering can be turned on or off for each fulfillment type individually:
Pickup
Delivery
When a fulfillment type is turned off, customers will not be able to place orders using that option, and scheduled orders for that day are automatically disabled.
Important note:
Fulfillment toggles automatically reset to their default settings at 4:00 AM. If you need ordering to remain suspended, staff should review and adjust these settings again during service hours.
Turning Off Scheduled Orders
Turning off pickup or delivery in LOKE Manager now automatically disables scheduled orders for that day. If you need scheduled orders disabled for future dates, this cannot be done directly in LOKE Manager at the moment. For now, please contact our support team, and we will disable scheduled orders for future dates.
