Processing a Check-in Payment using T.O.M.
- Customer will check-into using the button PAY IN-STORE on their mobile device. The customer must have a valid card securely attached to their profile.
- The customer will order as usual and say - I'm paying with the app. Once the PAY IN-STORE button has been tapped, the screen will display a unique number.
- The server will enter the order on the POS as usual.
- The server will enter the total transaction value into T.O.M and tap Charge, alternatively if there is a price reader installed, the total price will automatically appear on T.O.M.
5. The server with select the customer from T.O.M. and confirm the charge.
6. The server will tap the App Payment payment tender button on the POS to record the transaction on the POS.
