How do customers earn reward points?

Customer's can earn reward points though a number of different activities:

• Make a purchase. This could be paying at counter, ordering ahead, ordering at table or for delivery. 
• Receive a gift of points (i.e 100 complimentary points for new members)
• Enter a CODE for a gift of points

Generally LOKE points are earned at 10 points for $1 spend.  However some LOKE organisations have customised this (for example 8 points for $1 spend).

Customers accumulate points with every spend.  The can choose when and where they exchange those points for a Reward. This gamifies the experience.

Merchants can create Rewards in LOKE Office. It is up to the merchant to determine the value of the points.

Being able to customise how many points is required to redeem a Reward makes LOKE's loyalty system bespoke for every business that works with us.
