Setting this Promotion up is straight forward. In New Promotion choose Use points to redeem credit then determine how many points customers need for how much credit (1000 points = $10).  

** You you decide that credit will expire after a given amount of time be sure to include this information in the content section of the promotion so the customer is aware.
