A customer can build a 'credit' balance on their profile through a few different ways:
- Redeem credit with points
- Redeem credit as a gift (i.e for free)
Once a customer has a credit balance, it will to applied on their next transaction(s). Voucher credit automatically applied on all subsequent transactions until the customer's credit balance is $0.
If the transaction is of a greater value than their available credit balance their attached payment method will be charged the remainder amount.
Reward points are not earned on payments made with voucher credit.
Automatic discounts (i.e perks) are applied to payments made with voucher credit.
