Stripe regularly review your accounts and move you account to different statuses if they find that there is missing information or they need you to provide verification or identification. In cases like these, Stripe will email the account holder to take action where you can click on a link to access your account. LOKE Support will also contact you to ensure that this information is provided to avoid any of the accounts being restricted by Stripe.

Once you have logged onto your Stripe account you will see a banner at the top of the screen which will tell you how many items require more information.
Click on See all to see exactly what is required.
Clicking on the call to action buttons on the right-hand side to update your Stripe account.
Once you have provided all the information and it has been verified by Stripe, your account status will transition to complete.
