When you make a purchase through the app, your points will automatically appear in your account. Just go to the My Activity screen to see the points earned for the transaction.
- Credit Purchases: Please be aware that points aren't awarded for purchases made using credit.
- Manual Addition: If you forgot to use the app during a purchase, you can still have the points added manually. Contact our Support Team and provide them with a photo of the receipt. If you don't have the receipt, you can send a photo of your bank statement as proof of purchase.
Remember, the Support Team needs authorization from the Head Office to add points manually. This ensures accurate tracking and management of your earned points.
