The contactless payment feature on the LOKE platform offers your customers the ability to pay for their order without having to hand over their card or cash using the app. Customers are able to earn loyalty points and can take full advantage of any loyalty scheme set-up. There are 2 options available;

Check-in Payments
Check-in Payment feature is a unique piece of technology exclusive to LOKE. This option allows the customer to pay for their order at the counter by check-into the app and providing a server a unique code which is then visible to the server at the till. The server is able to select the open customer and take payment. It is only available on the mobile app and a card will need to be saved.
Bill Payments
Just like check-in payments, customers are able to pay for their order at the counter or if you operate table service at the table. The customer either scans a QR code or heads to Pay where they then enter a table number. The bill is pulled onto the app and the customer can then pay for their order. This option is available on both the mobile app and web app, and does not require a card to be stored. This option has an added benefit that they may also use Google or Apple Pay if they have this set-up.
