A product/item ID is a unique identifier for product items within your point of sale. It allows you to track the movement of the products and is a way to uniquely identify that product item. If you are setting up item level discount within LOKE Office then you will need to identify the product/item ID for the item you wish to provide a discount on.
This article will take you through how find your product/item ID's.
Step 1: Log into the LOKE Back Office, go to Locations and then select the location you wish to find the product/item ID's for. Once selected you'll notice 'Ordering Menu' at the top of the page. Please click here.
Step 2: Once in the Ordering Menu you'll notice that you can see all your products displayed. You can search for products in the search bar or filter based on order type. Please tick the box to the left of each product to select the product/item ID's you would like to copy.* Once all have been selected, click the Export Selection button in the top right of your screen.
*Double check to make sure that multiple order types are selected for the product if the item associated with the promotion is available for multiple order types. Otherwise just select the one necessary.
Step 3: Finally click 'Copy ID's to Clipboard' to have them copied and ready to paste in your LOKE Office promotion or wherever else you may require them for.
