How to check what version of the app you are on

Checking the version of your app

If a customer is on an older version of the app they may not be able to use the latest features

To check if the customer is on the latest version of the app:

1. Open the app
2. Press the triple bar symbol in the top left-hand corner
3. Select legal from the bottom of the side navigation menu
4. The version will be displayed under policies

In the image below you can see this app is on Version 8.0.0

It is always a good idea for staff to update their app regularly
