Different Check-in Payment options
There are two ways to use LOKE Check-in Payments; integrated where your POS has integrated with us to offer this option or the installation of TOM option where we link a piece software (TOM) from the POS to LOKE to enable the payment to be taken securely.
1. Integrated with your POS
A number of POS providers have integrated with us to so that to offer this solution for our clients. Here are some POS systems that offer an integrated version of the Check-in Payments;

Check-in Payments with an integrated POS allows the server to simple add the items, identify the customer on the till and click on App Payments. To set-up Check-in Payments with one of the listed POS providers please contact your POS provide and your LOKE representative.
If your POS provider is not listed above then please contact your LOKE representative as we are constantly working with POS providers and the list may not be up to date.
2. Installation of T.O.M.
You can think of T.O.M. (i.e the mobile payment software) as partially-integrated EftPOS and can be installed on your POS to facilitate seamless mobile payments that securely talks to your customer's smartphone and doesn't require them to hand over a card or cash to make a payment. T.O.M is accessed through a web browser and can be setup on any Windows-based system or any external device (i.e tablet, smartphone). With internet access the only requirement, T.O.M can be setup in minutes and enables any merchant to access mobile payments.
From T.O.M you can:
- View customer's currently at your business
- Charge a customer
- Refund a customer
- Submit support requests to LOKE
- View the daily transaction history
