How do I manually 'Remove' reward points from a customer's profile?

  1. Login into LOKE Office
  2. Tap the 'Database' module
  3. Search for the customer(s) using 'Enter keyword here...'
  4. Tap the customer's current point balance
  5. Enter the number of points you would like to remove (i.e 1000)
  6. Tap 'Remove Points'
