Your customer's will receive an email receipt after the transaction has been paid for using the LOKE platform. You are able to add your logo to the receipt to reflect your branding. This can either be one logo for all your sites or you are able to brand individual sites.
To add a logo to the receipt, you will need to send the logo in the following format. The format that will need to be:
- In a .png file - 144 px x 144px
The logo will need to be sent to our Help Desk detailing which organisation and location the logo needs to be added for.
