If you haven’t received your LOKE verification SMS, don’t worry. Follow the steps below to locate it or resolve the issue.
Step 1: Check Your Spam Folder (iPhone)
On iPhone, messages from unknown senders may be automatically filtered. To check:
- Open the Messages app.
- Tap Filters in the top-left corner.
- Select Unknown Senders.
- Look for the LOKE verification message in this list.
Step 2: Check Your Spam Folder (Android)
On Android, spam messages are stored separately from your main inbox. To check:
- Open the Messages app.
- Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
- Select Spam & blocked.
- Look for the LOKE verification message in this list.
Step 3: Still Can’t Find It? Contact Your Carrier
If the message is not in your spam or junk folder, your mobile carrier may be filtering it before it reaches your phone. This can happen with some carriers, including Optus. Contact your mobile carrier and let them know you are not receiving SMS messages from a third-party service. They may be able to unblock or release the message.
Important Note
