Overview: This guide will walk you through how to enable printing for online orders made via LOKE when using Square POS integrated through Doshii. Ensuring that your Square printer profiles are correctly set up is essential for a seamless order fulfilment process. Square requires separate printer profiles for in store orders and online orders.
Step 1: Ensure Your Printer is Connected Before configuring settings:

Make sure your printer is powered on and connected to the same network as your POS (iPad or Square Register).

Supported printer types include USB, Bluetooth, and Ethernet.
Step 2: Open the Square POS App

On your POS device, open the Square POS app.
- Login to your POS

Tap the More (three horizontal lines) in the bottom right corner.

Select Settings > Hardware > Select the printer you wish to enable online ordering for.
Step 3: Create Online Printer Profile

Tap Change next to Printer Profile.
- Click Create New Profile

Give the station a clear name (e.g., "ONLINE PRINTER - BAR 1").
- Change Online and kiosk order tickets from Off to On.
- Toggle on Use this printer for online order tickets.

Toggle on Automatically Print New Orders.
- Select Categories to print and select which product categories you want to print at this printer. Individual items can be selected in the Square Back Office under Printer Profiles.

Tap Save.
Step 5: Test the Setup

Go to your LOKE ordering page (app or web) and place a test order.

Confirm the order prints automatically on the selected printer.
Troubleshooting Tips:

If the order doesn’t print, double-check that:

The correct Square location is linked in LOKE.

Doshii is correctly mapping to the Square POS location.

The printer is online and properly connected.

The printer profile includes both "Order Tickets" and "Online Orders".
- Remove the printer profiles created and recreate them with the steps above.
