Using GIFs as Promotion Artwork

You can now use GIFs as promotional cards in your app. Although the app will automatically scale what ever GIF you use depending on the user's device, we recommend using a landscape GIF in a 16:9 ratio and no larger than 1080px wide. 

1. Log into the Back Office 
2. Find the Promotion & then select Edit
3. Tap the Upload Photo button
4. Select the new GIF from your computer (must be a .gif file)
5. Tap the Review button
6. Tap the Save button

This new GIF will now be visible in your app. If you've checked your app and it still seems to show the old image you'll just need to refresh the app; simply 'swipe' close and reopen. 

*You can either use your own GIFs or download one from HERE - to download click "Download" and then "Source".

* You can also check the GIF you are currently using but copying the current URL from alongside the'Upload Photo' button and pasting it in a new tab in your web browser.
