Submit an appeal for rejected apple app

1.) Login on https://developer.apple.com/contact/request/app-review/appeal/ using the app's apple account.

2.) Choose the right organisation and fill-up the required details.

3.) Choose the rejected app and it should be iOS not Testflight-iOS.

4.) Fill-up the details based on the rejection message you want to appeal.
