Doshii: What is a heartbeat?

The heartbeat is an alert status that indicates whether your POS is offline or online.  The heartbeat is a ping sent by Doshii to establish a connection and expect to receive a pong as a response to flag any disconnection.

How to check if there is a heartbeat?

1.  Login to the Doshii console

2.  Click Venue in the left-hand menu, then your location.

 The status of the heartbeat can be seen on the next screen
