To set a limit on the POS on the number of products that are available to be sold simple follow the steps below;
1. Log onto Kounta POS, in the hamburger menu select Product Availability
2. Select the product you want to mark as unavailable by clicking on the product. Toggle the Limit product amount and enter a value in the box below. Hit Save
You will see a value on the product to indicate how many are available to sell. Then click on Exit to exit out of Product Availability page
3. Once an order hits your POS and the order has been accepted, this will then reduce the quantity available to sell. When the value hits zero, the item will no longer available to customers to purchase.
NOTE: You will need amend the Product Availability once the product is back in stock. Any variants you mark out of stock will only apply to that product and not across any other products this option is available for.
