Product Availability is a great feature that easily allows you to mark a product unavailable on the POS. This makes it so much easier for customers as the product is not available to purchase on the LOKE app when you have run out of stock.

How to set-up Product Availability?
If your Kounta site was set-up after the 27th May 2024 then this feature is already available to you and no further action will be required.
If your Kounta site was set-up before the 27th May 2024 then you will need to follow the steps below.
To use the Product Availability on Kounta, you need to ensure that you have the feature installed. To do this follow these easy steps;
1. Log onto your Kounta Back Office
2. On the left-hand column select Features
3. Search for Product Availability on POS and click on the feature
4. Click on Enable
5. This will add this feature to your POS at no extra cost to you
6. Then log onto LOKE Office, find your location and go to the Kounta tab. Then click on the red Resync button. Once this has been done, you are all set to use this feature.
