3sPOS: How to process a Bill Payment transaction?

This article will take you through how to process a Bill Payment transaction on the till using 3sPOS. Customers are able to use Google or Apple Pay if they have this set-up otherwise they can use a saved or simple enter a card number.

Processing a Bill Payment transaction

1. Customer will place an order with the server as normal
2. The server will add the items on the POS by selecting Open Order on the till

3.  The server will then tap on Eat In under Order Type and assign a table number and hit OK

4.  The server will tap on OK Send Order Back, this will send the order to table.

5.  When the customer is ready to pay, they can either select Pay on the app or scan a QR that is on the counter or table.  Enter the table number or counter number.  This will bring up the bill.

6.  The customer can then proceed to the next stage and if tips are set-up they can select to pay a tip.  On the summary page the customer can select their payment method.  Once the payment has been taken the order is shown complete on the app and the table is closed on the till.
