A streak is when a customer spends consistently within time intervals. For example, every week or every month. Depending on how it's configured, as long as the customer keeps their streak then they are entitled to a reward. If the streak is broken, then the streak finishes.

Streak promotions can be effective for businesses in building customer loyalty, driving repeat purchases, and increasing overall engagement.

Here's the step-by-step tutorial on how to set it up in the LOKE Office...

Create 2 Smartlists & call it "7 Day Streak" & "Streak Pending"

For '7-Day Streak' list...

1. Go to the 'Customers' tab
   

2. Click 'Create List' & choose 'Smart List'
   

3. Put '7 Day Streak' in the 'List name' tab
   

4. Go to 'Filter By Date' & under 'Registration date' click '+Add Filter' 
   

5. Put 'Newer than' 7 days then click the '+Add Filter' once more & Put 'Older than' 1 day on the second filter and hit 'Save'
   

6. Click on 'Edit' then add the percentage discount on the Discount Amount field & hit 'Save'
   
   
   
   
   

For the 'Streak Pending' list...

1. Go to the 'Customers' tab
   

2. Click 'Create List' & choose 'Smart List'

3. Put 'Streak Pending' in the 'List name' tab
   

4. Go to 'Filter By Date' & under 'Last spend date' set to 'Newer than 1 day' & hit 'Save'

After creating lists, you can now create promo cards for 7 Day Streak & Streak Pending telling customers about how it works...

1. Go to the 'Promotions' tab & click 'Create Promotion'

2. Click 'General Information' > 'Image & Content Only' > 'Next'

3. Add a Promotion Name (e.g. Streak Live)

4. Set 'Customer visibility' to '7 Day Streak' list and untick the 'visible to guest users' box

5. Upload an image & add content telling customers about the promotion. Once done, click 'Save'.

Repeat the process of creating a promo card for 'Streak Pending' just make sure to make it visible to the 'Streak Pending' list this time.

Tip: You can create another promo card for non-Streak users explaining about the promotion. Just do the same process of creating a promo card above and make sure to 'EXCLUDE' the visibility to the '7 Day Streak' & 'Streak Pending' list.
