The promotion consists of users who have not used the app for a certain number of days. They will see a ‘We Miss you’ card and they will be offered discounts on their next purchase.

The goal of this promotion is to re-engage inactive users, encouraging them to return to the app and remind them of the benefits of loyalty. 

Here's the step-by-step tutorial on how to set it up in the LOKE Office...

Go to the Customers Tab

Click 'Create List' & choose 'Smart List'

Put 'We miss you' in the 'List name' tab

Go to 'Filter Date' & under 'Last spend date' click '+Add Filter' 

Set 'Last spend date' to 'Older than' 30 days

Then go to 'Filter by Spend' & Click '+Add Filter' 

Set 'Customer spend' to 'More than 1 & click 'Save'

Click 'Edit' and go to 'Discount'

Add the desired discount to the 'Discount Amount ( % )' tab & hit 'Save'

Once the list has been done, create an info card. Here's how to do it...

Go to the Promotions Tab & Create a Promotion

Click 'General Information' > 'Image & Content Only' > 'Next'

Add a Promotion Name (This will appear as the title of the promo card in the app)

Set 'Customer visibility' to 'Lift Off' and untick the 'visible to guest users' box

Upload an image & add content telling customers about the promotion. Once done, click 'Save'.

And you're all set! Feel free to change the discount amount or the filters if you want.
