The ‘Lift Off’ promotion is set for users who have registered after 60 days. They will receive a certain amount of discount on their next purchase.

We provide this promotion to users to actively boost our performance as well as the organization's revenue.

Here's the step-by-step tutorial on how to set it up in the LOKE Office...

1. Go to the Customers Tab
   

2. Click 'Create List' & choose 'Smart List'
   

3. Put 'Lift Off' in the 'List name' tab
   

4. Go to 'Filter Date' & under 'Registration date' click '+Add Filter' 
   

5. Set 'Registration Date' to 'Older than' 60 days
   

6. Then go to 'Filter by Spend' & Click '+Add Filter' 
   

7. Set 'Customer spend' to 'Less than' 1 & click 'Save'
   

8. Click 'Edit' and go to 'Discount'
   

9. Add the desired discount to the 'Discount Amount ( % )' tab & hit 'Save'

Once the list has been done, create an info card. Here's how to do it...

1. Go to the Promotions Tab
   

2. Click 'General Information' > 'Image & Content Only' > 'Next'
   

3. Add a Promotion Name (This will appear as the title of the promo card in the app)
   
   
   
4. Set 'Customer visibility' to 'Lift Off' and untick the 'visible to guest users' box
   

5. Upload an image & add content telling customers about the promotion. Once done, click 'Save'.
