By implementing an everyday return promotion, the business aims to foster customer loyalty, drive repeat purchases, and ultimately increase revenue while providing value to customers.
Here's the step-by-step tutorial on how to set it up in the LOKE Office...
- Go to the 'Customers' tab
- Click 'Create List', then pick 'Smartlist'
- Add a name like 'Every day Return' or 'Daily Streak', etc.
- Click on 'Filter by Spend' then click the '+ Add Filter' sign under the 'Last Spend Date'
- Click the dropdown and select 'Newer than (days ago)' then put '1' in the field beside it & click 'Save'
- Once done, make sure you're still inside the list you created and hit 'Edit'
- Click the dropdown arrow beside 'Discount' & add the percentage discount that you will award to the customers and click 'Save'.

Once the list is ready, you can now create an Info Card telling customers about this great news. To do that:
Go to the 'Promotions' tab > Click 'Create a promotion' > Select 'General Information' then pick 'Image & Content only' > Hit 'Next' > Add a promo Name / Upload an eye-catching image & Input content to advertise this wonderful promotion, and you are all set! π€
