A multifaceted strategy to engage customers, increase brand visibility, drive sales, and gather valuable customer insight, while fostering positive brand associations and customer relationships.

Here's the step-by-step tutorial on how to set it up in the LOKE Office...

Gathering all participating customers in a list

Click '+ Create a Promotion'

Click 'Gifts' > 'List Membership' > 'Next'

Click 'Create a Fixed List'

Add a List Name & click 'Create New List'

Add a Promotion Name (This will appear as the title of the promo card in the app)

Limit Customer Redemption to 1 - by ticking the small circular button and putting 1 in the box

Remove the visibility to the list you just created by selecting the name of the list on the search box & make sure to tick the 'Visible to guest users' box if you want to make it available to non-registered users.

Set a Start & End Date (How long the tournament will take place?)

Upload an image to make it more presentable & add content for more attraction and customer information, this is also the page where you add T&Cs if necessary. Then click 'Save'.

Creating Options / Choices

Click '+ Create a Promotion'

Click 'Gifts' > 'List Membership' > 'Next'

Click 'Create a Fixed List'

Add a List Name & click 'Create New List'

Add a Promotion Name (This will appear as the title of the promo card in the app & will stand as one of the choices)

Limit Customer Redemption to 1 - by ticking the small circular button and putting 1 in the box

Remove the visibility to the list you just created & all other lists of teams included by selecting the names of the lists on the search box & make sure to Untick the 'Visible to guest users' box.

Set an 'End Date' (Put the end date of the tournament)

Upload an image & add content promoting the team. You can also put more information about the mechanics and how it works. Once done, click 'Save'.

Repeat step 2 depending on the number of participating teams in the tournament. In this example, It has to be done 2 times.

Click 'General Information' > 'Image & Content Only' > 'Next'

Add a Promotion Name (This will appear as the title of the promo card in the app)

Now, make it visible to all other lists of teams included by selecting the names of the lists on the 'Limit to customers in list(s)' search box & make sure to Untick the 'Visible to guest users' box.
