A multifaceted strategy to engage customers, increase brand visibility, drive sales, and gather valuable customer insight, while fostering positive brand associations and customer relationships.
Here's the step-by-step tutorial on how to set it up in the LOKE Office...
1. Gathering all participating customers in a list
- Click '+ Create a Promotion'
- Click 'Gifts' > 'List Membership' > 'Next'
- Click 'Create a Fixed List'
- Add a List Name & click 'Create New List'
- Add a Promotion Name (This will appear as the title of the promo card in the app)
- Limit Customer Redemption to 1 - by ticking the small circular button and putting 1 in the box
- Remove the visibility to the list you just created by selecting the name of the list on the search box & make sure to tick the 'Visible to guest users' box if you want to make it available to non-registered users.
- Set a Start & End Date (How long the tournament will take place?)
- Upload an image to make it more presentable & add content for more attraction and customer information, this is also the page where you add T&Cs if necessary. Then click 'Save'.
2. Creating Options / Choices
- Click '+ Create a Promotion'
- Click 'Gifts' > 'List Membership' > 'Next'
- Click 'Create a Fixed List'
- Add a List Name & click 'Create New List'
- Add a Promotion Name (This will appear as the title of the promo card in the app & will stand as one of the choices)
- Limit Customer Redemption to 1 - by ticking the small circular button and putting 1 in the box
- Remove the visibility to the list you just created & all other lists of teams included by selecting the names of the lists on the search box & make sure to Untick the 'Visible to guest users' box.
- Set an 'End Date' (Put the end date of the tournament)
- Upload an image & add content promoting the team. You can also put more information about the mechanics and how it works. Once done, click 'Save'.
Repeat step 2 depending on the number of participating teams in the tournament. In this example, It has to be done 2 times.

- Click '+ Create a Promotion'
- Click 'General Information' > 'Image & Content Only' > 'Next'
- Add a Promotion Name (This will appear as the title of the promo card in the app)
- Now, make it visible to all other lists of teams included by selecting the names of the lists on the 'Limit to customers in list(s)' search box & make sure to Untick the 'Visible to guest users' box.
- Set an 'End Date' (Put the end date of the tournament)
- Upload an image & add content thanking participating customers and wishing them luck. Once done, click 'Save'.
