Merchants are able to update the estimated wait time of orders when using most integrations.
You are able to specify a Estimated Wait Time for Pick Up and Order to Table orders and a seperate Estimated Wait Time with a range for Delivery.
These are show to a end user as a guide during the ordering process.
Depending on the integration Order Status such as "Submitted" "Accepted" "Ready" and more detailed status' for Delivery will be passed onto the user in the App, Web platform and Push Notifications.
1. Navigate to Locations in LOKE Office
2. Choose "Settings"
3. Set your Estimated Wait Times for each of the Order types in the sections shown below.
