Setting up Upsell Products in Zonal

This article will take you through how to configure products to be shown as upsell product for customers to add to their basket during the checkout process.  This is what the upsell products look like in the check out screens.

1.  Log onto iOrder and navigate to Product Manager
2. Under Keywords in Product Manager, create a tag and name it upsell (all lower case)

   3.  In the display record for the product, the tag will appear against the template as tick options.  Select the tag upsell

  4.  Ensure that the product you have selected has an image (products without an image will not display).

5.  Only 3 products will be shown to the customer during the checkout process.  Should you wish you amend the upsell products then remove the tags from the original products and select the 3 products that you want to be displayed in the checkout screens.
