Lightspeed K Series: How to process a Bill Payment transaction?

Follow these steps to use Pay@Counter using Lightspeed POS.

Add the items to the order

Move the order to the designated table by selecting Tables on the POS

Enter the number of covers, in this case it will be zero

Select Actions

And then select takeaway or stay-in to ensure the customer does not get charged Service Charge

Hit Send to send the order to the table

The customer will be able to scan the QR code by using their camera on their phone.  And the bill will be brought for them to pay.  The customer will receive an email confirmation and they will be able to see on the order by clicking on Activity
