Promotion: Top Customer Gratitude

Suggested Reward: 50% discount capped at a certain amount ($10)

Description: Show some appreciation to your top and loyal customers by recognising them and offering them a one off discount for them to use via the LOKE platform.
Discovering Your Top Customers and Creating Them a List
To discover our top customers we need to do the following...
- Login to the LOKE Back Office and select 'Create List'
- Select 'Smart List'
- Name your List something along the lines of "Top Customers {Date you're creating the promotion}" and then Filter By Spend and select Customer Spend to be more than {Select the total amount spend you would like to offer the top customers promotion to}. Then Save.
- See your Top Customers based on the filters you've applied. This will automatically populate too so that if other customers enter this new top customers range then they will be added to the list.
Creating The Promotion
To create the promotion to offer each of these customers their reward, please complete the following...
- Select 'Promotions' and then select 'Create Promotion'
- Select 'Gifts'
- Select 'Discount'
- In the Reward Configuration, select the Percentage Discount you'd like to apply, the Maximum Discount Amount the 50% off will be applied to, the limit to how many times each individual customer can receive the discount and then most importantly make sure that you limit the promotion to customers in the list you created before.
- Finalise the other parameters you'd like to have in the promotion including an image and nice message notifying the customer of the promotion and the T&C's behind it.
- Reorder promotions so that this one appears at the top of the app for these customers.

Promoting the Offer
To promote this offer via the LOKE Platform you can do so in a multitude of ways...
- Promotion Card on App - By creating this promotion and reordering it to be at the top of customers app page they will be notified as it will be the first thing they see when entering the app
- Broadcast - Create a broadcast notifying this list of customers of the promotion and how they are a top customer and that there is a reward waiting for them in the app.
- CRM - If you use another CRM provider, tell them the details of the promotion so that you notify these customers over email and sms that they are a top customer and that a reward is waiting for them inside the app.
