Description: Incentivise customers to book a function at your venue by offering them a Credit to use in venue. Marketing events staff give the CODE to the person that books the function to "bribe" them to book at your venue.
Promoting the Offer
To promote this offer via the LOKE Platform you can do so in a multitude of ways...
- General Information Card - Create a general information card incentivising customers to book in a function with your venue and then email in regards to the credit offer and how to redeem.
- Broadcast - Create a broadcast promoting your functions and credit offer
- CRM - If you use another CRM provider, tell them the details of the promotion so that you advertise over email and sms that you are offering a credit through the LOKE platform to be used on functions.
Once you have promoted and have received interest/bookings, you can share the credit code by doing the following...
Creating the Code
Step 1: Create a new promotion and select Codes
Step 2: Select Credit
Step 3: Under Reward Configuration fill out the parameters with the Credit value, Promo Code Name*, Promotion name, Promotion Limit**, and any other fields you would like to fill in.
*You can select either a single code for ease of sharing and an editable code name or you can generate a collection of unique codes and select how many you are after.
**Make sure to limit your promotion to ensure the credit you're giving away doesn't get used multiple times.
Step 4: Once the code has been created in the LOKE Back Office then you can simply share the code and inform the customer/contact the details around redeeming it on the day.
If you wish to remove the hassle of repeating the same promotion for all customers, who enquire to book a function and redeem the code, then simply select the "Generate collection of unique codes" option when creating your initial promotion and select a large value of your choosing. Then ensure the customer redemption limit is set to '1'. This will generate a list of unique codes that you can give a code out to each customer in order to redeem their reward.
