Removing delivery fees for a week can enhance the overall customer experience. It reduces a potential pain point in the ordering process, making it more enjoyable for customers.
How to set it up?
For Clients using DELIVERECT, Here's how to do it:
In LOKE Office, Click on 'Locations' and choose the correct site by clicking the arrow on the right side of the screen.
Click on 'Settings' & look for the 'Delivery Settings' box.
Simply change the value of the 'Delivery Fee' to 0, and hit 'Save'. Don't forget to put it back after a week.

For Clients using KOUNTA, Here's how to do it:
In LOKE Office, Click on 'Locations' and choose the correct site by clicking the arrow on the right side of the screen.
Click on 'Kounta', Scroll down, and look for the 'Delivery Settings' box where you can see the field that says 'Kounta Delivery Item ID'.
Simply change the price of the delivery product's price in Kounta to 0 & Don't forget to put back the original delivery fee after a week.
