How to create a gift card in LOKE Office? 🎁

What better way to share the love than with a gift card for someone's favourite brand! Whatever the occasion, say thanks with a gift card! 🎁

Here's the step-by-step tutorial on how to set it up in the LOKE Office...

1. Creating a Set of Codes

• Click '+ Create a Promotion'

• Click 'Codes' > 'Credit'

• Input 'Credit Value' 
• Tick the 'Generate collection of unique codes' button & put the number of codes you want to generate
• Input 'Credit Value' 
• Input 'Promotion Name'
• Then hit 'Save'

2. Creating Email Trigger / Webhook

Don't freak out.....a webhook is simply a URL that is called upon completing a certain action (e.g. completing a payment or visiting a certain page). Calling the URL triggers an action (e.g. sending an email)...

• Go back to the promotion you just created and click 'Codes'

•  Then click 'Download CSV'

• Generate a webhook link in Zapier and link it to a configuration in Coupon Carrier (Please ask assistance from GM if needed).
• Or if you have an integrated CRM partner (e.g. Airship, Toggle, Stampede, Sprout (Mr Yum), Active Campaign, Impact Data plus others) you can simply ask them to provide you with a webhook to be called upon the purchase of the gift card promotion. 

3. Creating the Gift Card

• Click '+ Create a Promotion'

• Click 'Purchases' > 'List Membership'

• Input 'Promotion Cost' 

• Then choose a list using the dropdown arrow or if you haven't created a list yet, you can just create a new one by clicking 'Create Fixed List'-  (Customers who purchase the card will go to this list)

• Add 'Promotion Name'

• Put 'Card Image' & 'Content'

Then input the Webhook link you generate using Coupon Carrier / Zappier & hit 'Save'.
