This article will help you specifically resolve bill payment issues where the POS is Lightspeed K Series.
Ensure Online Orders are enabled.
The POS needs to be enabled for online orders. This can sometimes be switched off by staff. To check whether this is on, in Lightspeed Restaurant POS app, go to Status Review tab
- Tap the four dots on the navigation bar
- Tap the shopping bag icon
with the status menu
- Use the prompt to enable online orders if it has been disabled
