Refunds
Refunds can not be completed on site through the app.
If a customer requires a refund please send details of customer name, time and transaction details to lokerefund@bedsandbars.com
Advise the customer the money will be in their account within 3- 5 working days. Centrally we will process the refund on a back office portal.
