This article will take you through how to process a refund after a payment was processed using the LOKE Payment App on TCPOS.
Processing a refund on TCPOS
1. To refund a transaction on TCPOS, click on Refund Transaction
2. Enter the transaction number on the till receipt or click on the 3 dots to search for all transactions for that day.
3. If you have clicked on the 3 dots, you can isolate the LOKE transaction by looking for the LOKE App payments. Once you have found the order that needs to be refunded, click on the x
4. Then click on Yes to confirm
