Setting up your iPad or tablet
Set the IPad to never auto-lock by going into Settings then clicking on Display and Brightness. Then select Auto-Lock and select Never.
You will also need to ensure that volume is on high. Select Sounds under the Settings and increase the volume to the highest level.
DMA - Delierect: Online Hub
The DMA - Deliverect Online Hub is a Deliverect app for your iPad or tablet. The app allows you to manage your LOKE online orders on site. All orders placed using the LOKE platform will be pushed to your app for you to manage our orders.
Download the DMA app onto your iPad or your tablet .
For the iPad, you will need your AppleID and password to download the DMA app.
LOKE will send you an email for you to create yourself an account with Deliverect. Please go to your email and click on the link to set-up your account.
How to view your orders
Open the Deliverect Manager App and go to orders which you can see bottom left-hand side. Tap on Orders. You will then see a list of your orders, click on a specific order to see more information.
A. Basic Details: Some key info about the order is displayed here (order ID, customer's name, channel, address)
B. Order Notes: If the customer has left any comments or remarks, they will be displayed here.
C. Payment Info: This shows if the order is unpaid.
D. Receipt Details: The customer's order is displayed here in full.
E. Delivery Details: In this section, find the delivery type and courier, as well as the customer's address and contact details.
To change the order status tap on the buttons at the bottom of the screen. The Print button will send the order to a connected printer.
The orders are grouped by status: Requires Attention, New, In Progress, Finished and Scheduled. To switch in between them tap on the respective icon.
Busy Mode
Busy Mode allows you to temporarily to close your store for a set period of time. This is useful when you need to close the kitchens or halt orders for a short time. Tap on Busy Mode at the bottom of the screen.
Select the store and tap Busy Mode, you will then be presented with some options. Tap on the one most appropriate to you and tap Confirm.
To re-open your store before the pre-selected time then simply click on Open from the Busy Mode screen to re-open the location.
How to Snooze Products and Modifiers
To snooze a product or modifier, simply select Snooze Items on the app at the bottom of the screen.
Find the product that you want to snooze and tap the Snooze button.
Select the time you want the product to be unavailable for and then tap on Confirm.
To snooze multiple products, select the products by checking the check-box and then selecting the period at the bottom of the screen and tap on Confirm.
To snooze a modifier, simply tap on the product and select the modifier.
NOTE: this will snooze the modifier for all linked products.
How to change my opening hours?
Changing your opening hours is really easy. All you need to do is click on More, then on Settings. From here, click on Location & User and then Change Opening Hours,
The hours will then become editable and don't forget to hit the Update button to save.
