How do I find a PLU code?

A price look up (PLU) is a unique identifier for product items within your point of sale. It allows you to track the movement of the products and is a way to uniquely identify that product item. If you are setting up item level discount within LOKE Office then you will need to identify the PLU code for the item you wish to provide a discount on.

Deliverect: How do I find a PLU code?

Finding a PLU code for an item configured in Deliverect is very easy.

Log into Deliverect and select Products in the left-hand menu
Search for the product and you will see the PLU in the table

Zonal: How do I find a PLU code?

For Zonal, finding a PLU can either be found in the POS or in LOKE Office. To find it in LOKE Office;

Log into LOKE Office and select Location and then the Ordering Tab
Click on Check Ordering Menu and then select Raw (JSON)
Find your product and you PLU code can be found as

Zonal = productID for example 10000019003 as below

Kounta: How do I find a PLU code?

For Kounta, finding a PLU can either be found in the POS or in LOKE Office. To find it in LOKE Office;

Log into LOKE Office and select Location and then the Ordering Tab
Click on Check Ordering Menu and then select Raw (JSON)
Find your product and you PLU code can be found as

Kounta = id for example 1315448 as below

Alternatively, you can find this information within Kounta POS

Log into your Kounta site and navigate to the site/location you desire to get the PLUs for
Go to the products tab on the left side panel
