When you sign-up with Deliverect, you will be assigned a member from the Onboarding Team. Deliverect will connect the POS to Deliverect platform and sync the POS products into the platform. Your products appear along with their PLU numbers. Once that is done, you will be taken through the steps of configuring the menu. For example, you will be able to;
- Set what times a menu is available for each location
- Amend the item description
- Add an image
Just a few things to note.
- POS pushes the products to Deliverect not the menu's.
- If there are any POS changes then you will need to remember to hit Publish Menus in Deliverect otherwise the menu on the LOKE platform will be out of date.
How to publish multiple menu's to a location
If you have more than one ordering type for a location for example; click and collect and delivery, then you need to publish both menus at the same time to a location.
To do this,
- Select Menus in the left-hand menu on the Deliverect Dashboard
- Click on Publish menus found near the top right-hand side
- In the box Select menus to publish live, select your menus and check the locations
- Then hit Publish menus. Your menus will be published to that location.
