Getting started with Deliverect

This guide is to give you an overview of what Deliverect is and the different options available to you.  This article will take you through an integrated approach where the order flows into your POS and a non-integrated approach where you use a tablet or iPad to manage your orders using the DMA.

Non-integrated Deliverect without the POS

There is an option to use the Deliverect Manager Portal (DMA app) without an integration with the POS.  This means that all your orders placed via LOKE will not hit your POS.  You will need to manage your orders via the DMA app in an iPad.  Not all tablets are supported including Android Devices.  Here is a list from Deliverect for support devices.

The DMA app can be downloaded on the app from the App Store.  Search for Deliverect: online order hub

 

Integrated Deliverect with the POS

Deliverect is an aggregator that allows you to manage your menus in one place.  This means that all your orders placed via LOKE will be sent to your POS without the need to re-keying the order into the POS.  Where you use Delivery Channels such UberEats, Deliveroo etc, your menus can be maintained in one place making it easier for your operations team to manage all orders coming into the site improving operational efficiency and reducing errors.

 
Depending on what POS company you use, will depend upon what route you need to take to get started.

 

Lightspeed or EPOS NOW POS

If you are a Lightspeed POS or a EPOS NOW client and want to have access to Deliverect then you must sign up via these POS companies.
 
 

All other integrated POS companies

All other POS's that partner with Deliverect can be connected through Deliverect.  Onboarding times vary depending on the POS.  Please ask your LOKE Account Manager or Support to introduce you to your local Deliverect contact. 
 

What happens if my POS company is not integrated?

You can use Deliverect to build your menus using the Deliverect Menu Builder App.  The app can be connected to printers and is only available on iOS so you will need an iPad.  Orders can be pushed through from the LOKE platform to the Deliverect App DMA App.
 
 

Supported Ordering Types

All POS Partners support:
  • Collection Orders (Click and Collect)
  • Delivery

Majority of POS Partners support:

  • Order at Table feature 
  • Multiple menus per location
  • Scheduled orders
