How do we see the configuration errors for a particular a location?
In LOKE Office, we are able to see the errors that the menu returns for a particular location. This is visible only to LOKE Support and Clients.

Viewing the errors
- Log into LOKE Office and select Locations from the side menu bar.
- Select your location
- Click on Ordering Menu
- You will have options to select the menu type.
- You can either scroll down the page and find the items highlighted in pink
...or you can click on the number of issues highlighted at the very top
Which will show you all the issues for that menu. These would then need to be resolved in your menu manager either in the POS or your middleware application for example Deliverect or Doshii.
