If the Kounta Lightspeed POS screen becomes unresponsive - here are a few things you can do;

Update your software
Ensure that you have updated your software on your device.
Perform a repair on Kounta
- Completely exit the Lightspeed App
- Head to the Settings and scroll down to Lightspeed.
- Toggle Repair Lightspeed On.
- Clear History and Website Data
- Open the Lightspeed app again.
- Login to Back Office.
Once logged in:
- Click POS on the top right corner of the screen
- If prompted, confirm your company and site
- Select your register and if prompted, confirm that you wish to 'Use This Register'
This will now download a fresh copy of your Lightspeed site from our cloud servers and re-load the POS,
