This article will allow you to amend a location in LOKE Office. This is helpful if you move to a new location.
If you wish to create an additional location, please contact your Account Manager who will assist you with this set up.
To amend an existing location, first log in to your LOKE Office using the link Click here
Once on the home screen, go to the menu by clicking the three bars in the top left corner. Then go to Locations.
You will see your existing location listed under Location Name. To edit an existing location, click the location name and amend the details as necessary.
In Location Name, enter the town or suburb where the venue is located.
Amend the address as necessary.
To edit Latitude/Longitude, search for your venue on Google maps. Right click the pin and click on the numerical latitude / longitude value to copy it to clipboard, then paste into LOKE Office.
Don't forget to save your changes!
Once you have changed your location in LOKE Office, you will need to reflect this in Lightspeed Back Office.
Log in to Kounta and go to My Site in the left hand menu.
Then go to Site Information along the horizontal menu and update the details accordingly.
Once you have saved the changes, head back to LOKE Office and select the Ordering tab. In order to sync the changes, scroll to the bottom of the page and hit the yellow Resync button.
