Setting up your Native App

In this article, we will cover how to set up your Apple and Android applications so you can start using the full feature suite at LOKE. 

To get your app started we need the following information:

(If you did not complete these with your sales representative, please complete this information within 48 hours)

 

D-U-N-S Number

It is required that you have a registered D-U-N-S number before you sign up
​​​​​​​for an Apple Developer account. 

Complete a quick search to find your DUNS number and check it is registered:

If your DUNS number is NOT registered, you will need to apply for it here:

Apple Developer Account

To host your app in the App store you need to set up an Apple Developer Account.

This process can take several days so please start today.

Once your account has been approved, please Invite LOKE as an admin user.


Proof of Business

Prepare a 'Proof of Business' document to accompany your app submission and email to support@loke.com.au

App Design Assets

To design your app we will need your brand assets and product images. Please read the guidelines on our requirements.

 
It is important that you send us the correct formats, if you do not have them please let us know. Please email these to support@loke.com.au


Payments

To receive your payments you will need a payment gateway with our payments partner. To save time, please read our guide below before starting the form.
