Rejecting Orders (Kounta)

LOKE customers using Kounta as the menu management system can reject incoming orders and notify customers for the reason the rejection.

In LOKE Office

  • Go to LOCATIONS
  • Select a location
  • Select ORDERING
  • Half way down in the configuration you will see two options.

Turning these on will work side by side with Kounta's Rejection options at the merchant end.

If you Reject the order, you can choose a reason and add a more personal note for your customers
