If you update your menu in Lightspeed and the changes are not reflecting on your web ordering platform after 15 minutes, you can manually resync in LOKE Office. To do this follow these steps:

- In LOKE Office, click on Locations on the right-hand side menu
- Select the location you are syncing the menu for.
- Then on the top tab, click on Kounta
- 6. Wait at least 15 seconds and you will see a light green box appear at the top of the screen saying resync complete
- 7. Hard close the app on your phone and reopen it, the menu will be updated.
Please note that resyncing should only be used when absolutely necessary as any changes to the menu will automatically reflect in your ordering platform.
