Resyncing your Kounta menu

After you update your Kounta menu it is best to resync the menu in LOKE Back Office. To do this follow these steps:

  1. Login to LOKE Back Office. 
  2. Go to Locations and select the location you are wanting to update. 
  3. Under the location name you will see an option for ordering, click ordering. 
  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and hit the button "Resync"
  5. Wait a few seconds and you will see a light green box appear at the top of the screen saying "resync complete"
  6. Hard close the app on your phone and reopen it, the menu will be updated.
